He called for unity from Elsies River to Site C in Khayelitsha, highlighting shared safety concerns.
Notywala, raised in Green Point and educated locally, detailed personal challenges and community support. He criticized long-standing issues in Western Cape governance by the DA and ANC, pledging new leadership. Notywala aims for a safer, more equal province, launching campaigns against gun violence and for public safety.
